A.Q.S Consultancy (Pvt) Ltd. became an approved Vendor of the Turner & Townsend in providing Q.S Consultancy Services in the last year (Cost Management) subsequent to the MEP Cost plan carried out for the Entertainment Complex at three different Locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia namely Damaam, Khobar and Al Ahsas for Seven Saudi Entertainment Ventures. A.Q.S is a client user of CostX – QS Software, though, deployed BIM vision in order to complete BIM QTO quickly and accurately from the IFC Model and cross verified with Drawings and specification to follow the RICS New Rules of Measurement for building works.
